Sometimes it feels like the world is telling us that we are not enough, there is never enough. Jesus tells us, again and again, that the new life he promises is here and now. We can be nourished by God’s word today. Not just in some far-off future. Early Christians celebrated that they had been welcomed into a new understanding of the world, and we are likewise welcomed into that new understanding. We are enough! We are loved!
