This Sunday is full – it is National Indigenous Peoples Day, Father’s Day, the summer solstice, and an outdoor service! The day before (June 20) is World Refugee Day, and we are still celebrating Pride. This can feel like too many things, to honour any one piece well. But what it does point to is the incredible breadth and depth of human lives, our lives. Come acknowledge and celebrate the complexity of human need and joy. We are not alone; we live in God’s wonderful and complex world! Thanks be to God.
